The 14 days residential training programme has been conducted by the Institute especially for the officials / members of the Farmer Producer Organization / Farmer Producer Companies (FPC) / Farmer Interest Groups registered with SUFAL BANGLA PMU. The programme constituted of 12 batches in 6 phases with a maximum number of 15 trainees per batch.
During this training period, the participants were focused on:-

Total 165 nos. trainees successfully completed this training programme. They were selected from 12 Blocks representing 6 Districts of the State in the Financial Year 2017-2018.
Out of Twelve groups, seven groups received Rs. 1.5 Lakh each as One Time Front End Financial Assistance in their group Bank Account after submission of Business Development Plan (BDP) with a Bank Approved Project as a part of post training Assistance. Total Rs. 10.5Lakh has been disbursed from State Budget for this purpose.
